Winter 2018 Kiwi Sighting
During the Trusts pest control work we also gather a lot of information on the health of the areas Flora and Fauna. We use this information to refine and adjust our program to best suit a specific area. This could be as simple as putting a little extra resource into an area that we have identify as having a number of perhaps young Kiwi or older perhaps breading pairs living.
During this winter’s program of pest control we made a number of video recordings of Kiwi as we went about our work. This video was taken in August at the head of the Bon Accord Harbour.
